For most products you have 28 days to return your unwanted goods to Partybb

The cancellation period will expire at 28 days from the purchase date of your goods
Please return the unwanted goods for refund via a signed for delivery service / proof of postage
Please note you will need to bear the costs of the postage to return the product
We will refund you upon receipt of the goods immediately
Where the item has been deemed faulty Partybb will pay your postage costs
Goods returned to us should be in original packaging unused & fit for resale
Personalised goods will be made to order therefore will not be refunded unless of course we made a mistake
When we take a booking for Venue Decor either via email telephone or at a Wedding Fair & a deposit is taken this will reserve the date therefore the deposit is non refundable
Where circumstances were unavoidable we will make a refund ..reasonable proof would be required
Payment in full will be required for events booked in under 6 weeks of your event date
